Bookings policy.

This policy sets out your rights and the terms and apply to any Appointment made which you now wish to make, amend, reschedule or cancel.

1 .YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL AND APPLICABLE REFUND

1. Most Appointments carry a charge if cancelled by providing short notice. Subject to rules below which impose a charge for any cancellation giving less than 48 hours’ notice, you may cancel your appointment at any time within 7 days of making your booking.

(a) The Combat Injury Clinic reserves the right to charge you for your appointments if they are amended or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment start time, or if you fail to attend your appointment on-time. These charges can vary and are up to the full cost of the appointment. Please contact the Combat Injury Clinic directly through the dedicated booking line if you would like to confirm the applicable cancellation, amendment or non-attendance charge for your specific booking.

(b) Bookings made via www.combatinjuryclinic.com can be amended or cancelled via the booking system (on www.combatinjuryclinic.com) if more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment start time. You can also contact Joe directly within working hours 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays by emailing info@combatinjuryclinic.com

(c) For bookings amended or cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment start time, any charges for these bookings will be refunded within 5 working days.

2. When you book an appointment, no payment will be taken. Payments are made at the time of the appointment. Any applicable refunds in regards to an appointment amendment or cancellation will be applied to the same nominated card.

3. Subject to the following terms, you have the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment and you can do so by:

(a) online on our website at www.combatinjuryclinic.com, provided that the original booking was made via the website.

(b) contact Joe via mobile in advance of your appointment within working hours 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Dedicated booking line contact number: 07519 666361.

4. You must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel a booking by contacting Combat Injury Clinic in accordance with clause 1.3 above.

5. If you cancel a booking by providing sufficient minimum notice and you have made any payment in advance, We will refund these amounts to you.

2. COMBAT INJURY CLINIC RIGHTS TO CANCEL AND APPLICABLE REFUND

1. If We have to cancel your appointment for any reason:

(a) The Combat Injury Clinic may have to cancel an appointment due to an event outside of their control or the unavailability of the relevant Combat Injury Clinic professional. The Combat Injury Clinic will promptly contact you if this happens.

(b) If the Combat Injury Clinic has to cancel an appointment and you have made any payment in advance, the Combat Injury Clinic will refund these amounts to you within 5 business days.

(c) Where you have booked a course of appointments, and the Combat Injury Clinic has to cancel subsequent appointments, the Combat Injury Clinic will refund payments pro rata for those appointments which have been cancelled within 5 business days.

If you wish to contact the Combat Injury Clinic in writing, or if any clause in this cancellation policy requires you to give the Combat Injury Clinic notice in writing, you can send this to the Combat Injury Clinic by e-mail, by hand, or by post to Combat Injury Clinic, 15 High Street, Tean, Staffordshire ST10 4DY. If the Combat Injury Clinic has to contact you or give you notice in writing, this will be done so by e-mail, by hand, or by pre-paid post to the address you provide to the Combat Injury Clinic in the appointment.
